What are the delivery days and times?
PORTUGAL:
Lisbon region: Deliveries are available every day, depending on the order time, you can choose one of three time slots: 9 h to 14 h, 14 h to 17 h, or 17 h to 20 h.
Orders placed before 17 h may still be delivered the same day.
Mainland Portugal: Next-day delivery, every day except Mondays and Sundays, between 10 h and 14 h.
SPAIN:
Madrid: Next-day delivery, every day except Mondays and Sundays, between 10 h and 14 h.
Peninsular Spain: Deliveries within 48 hours, every day except Mondays and Sundays, between 10 h and 14 h.
FFRANCE & LUXEMBOURG:
Next-day delivery, every day except Mondays and Sundays, before 18 h.

How can I track my order?

What happens if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery?
If the recipient is not at home, we will contact them directly to arrange a new delivery time. Delivery is guaranteed, or otherwise, we will process a full refund of your purchase.
